Misunderstood???? Me!!!!!!!

Good Saturday morning to all,
I just figured I'm in a writing mood, and I also, wanted to let everyone that sees my posts to not read into them. I, like everyone else at home, have good and bad days, hours, minutes etc., etc., etc., so when I take the time to vent, or whatever you want to call it, whine, bitch, or complain! It doesn't mean the world is ending, I just can't complain to the people who are causing the problem, right! Not saying I am working directly w/ them or anything!
Plus, I can't say that everything is Palaces, and Roses! If I did that, I'm sure my wife would think that I don't want to come home! And that is not the case, nor is the Palace, and Roses part!
On that note, yesterday was a better day, on the basis that I recieved my first package from my wife, w/newpapers, and stuff like that! It was very much needed, and accepted!
We also got care packages from an organization in CA called Operation Gratitude. Well, I didn't personally get one, but I took the letters from some, and responded to the ones that had email.
There were Christmas letters, and Valentines cards frm kids, and adults all over the country!
I thought that was really neat, and I would respond to all I could! There were also cd's, DV's, candy bars, Tshirts, socks, and other goodies, and I can tell you, the days we get those are like Christmas! And you know, we don't use all the stuff, but we send the stuff we have excess, or no use for and send it forward to units that might need it! But to all those who organize those type things for us! It is very cool! I did email Carolyn from that organization, and she is going to send more letters! So thanks Carolyn for your dedication!
You know, all day long, I have thoughts of what I should write in my blog, but when it comes time to write it, I draw a blank, so I should write my thoughts down, but then that would be a diary, and I am not a diary guy, at least on paper! I don't consider this a diary, because that would make me sound a little tooti frutti, and I would be opening myself up to jabs on this end, and blog sounds more masculine! And BTW, CPT Yost, who is in Afghanistan, and I have not heard hide nor hair of since we left Kuwait writes a diary every day! Twinkle! Twinkle!
That's what you get for not keeping in touch! I know your wife keeps in touch w/ mine so where's the love? But I'm sure you and Eggers, are having too much fun sitting on your ass in REMFF ville! He is also the one w/ the wig on in the picture portion of my site! You make the call!
Anyways, I had better get on w/ my Saturday, because I wouldn't want to waste a whole day off! WAIT....... I haven't had a day off yet!!!!! And I'm going to Talil tommorow so my Sun. will be busy! Oh well, at least I had fish yesterday, because of Lent, but only at dinner, I didn't think about it at lunch, but actually with the time difference, it is still yesteday in the states at lunch so I'm good there!
