This is the first time....

Today I was over at the Connerys finishing(Actually STARTING and finishing) the framing for their basement, and I can honestly say I had NEVER framed walls before without someone showing me how to do it. So, Michelle, her sister Jennifer, and Rhanna helped me measure and set, while I cut and assembled. It went pretty well and being that yesterday was a setback becasue we found the rot in the wall, they fixed the rot, and today we put new walls up in place of the cheap walls that had been in there. Not that anyone cares how we did it, but Pete as I said yesterday does not check his email and I have messages for him to at least look at my site and see the progress on his whole new basement! Pete, buddy, here are some pics of your wife in your healthy cool basement. Michelles dad was over most of the day and built walls with us and also ran all new electric lines and new outlets. We are hooking you all up bro. I will email you pics, but I know you will check it when you get around to it! I hope at least Bari, Bope or Fields check this and let you know, and Michelle is printing off my posts to send to you in snail mail!
It has been great fun for me to do this stuff for you and Michelle and Ireland, and also for the developing chitlin!


If I don't post tommorrow , I also want to let EVERY mother out there, more specifically, Shirley, Ann, Barb, and Missy a happy Mothers Day! I sure hope the sun shines in Minnesota tommorrow for you!
