Weekday same ol...
Of course it is the middle of the week right now and weekdays seem to be all the same, formed of the habit of timeframes, from the moment you wake up til right now.
I guess we work better that way around here, and it is great, but I still need to sometimes get used to me working and Missy staying home. I think sometimes I take for granted the fact that she does stay home, and it is for sureweird for her to do some of the things I used to do like paint the trim on the front door, and water the grass, which she does while I am at work, and actually I appreciate that she does it, becasue by the time I get home I don't really want to do it.
Of course the things I love to do involve the yard, like last week we had a dump trcuk of sand delivered on the driveway and it had to be moved into the backyard by wheel barrow. I love doing that physical stuff, and painting does get a bit tedious for me, and the more you do to the yard the less there is to do in the future. What usually happens these days is that the non heavy stuff Missy ends up doing during the day and then they are done when I get home.
So we actually do the things we want to at night. Missy goes on her walk either with Jody, our next door neighbor, or Hunter rollerblades with her, then she gets home and I go running by myself or with Hunter biking with me. Tonight me and the little man went and played Tennis at the high school, and I like to play but you get a lot of excersize when the ball gets hit 4 courts down. Then after that I come back and jump in the pool for a little bit, put chmicals in the pool and clean it, and put the cover back on. It feels very good in the summer for obvious reasons. Then I try to check the computer and go up and watch TV til I fall asleep.
Do you care, I don't really think so , but seriously folks, I have nothing else on weekdays to post about. Cars are bought, and done with, and I have have to work again tommorrow, so all is well in Whoville!
Just please, have a great rest of the week until the holiday weekend!
2 thoughts from me though!
1)Being that we live a couple miles from Wisconsin where Bang fireworks are legal, a lot of peeps have them around here, and MAN, a lot of them sound like mortars. I think that quite a bit!
2)They should always have the 4th of July on a Friday or Monday!
Later,
Erik

Hi Erik,
Well, I checked your site a few times yesterday and I guess you decided to post at night...which is good too cause then I get to read it during my early morning computer time before I leave for work and while I enjoy my coffee. Hope Missy is well and that all the kids are enjoying the summer. Laurie had to postpone the MEPS thing because she didn't have anyone to leave Kasey with overnight. THAT will be what makes our week different whenever she gets to where she needs to be to join. Don't get me wrong...we support her 100% but it's not my choice of excitement. :) It's good that you and Mis and the kids have time to be together...oh what a difference a year makes, right?
Blessings my friend.
I think the 4th should always be on a Friday!!! Of course - I don't work on Fridays and the 4th of July is my birthday as well - so I may be a little biased! :)
You have an outstanding good and well structured site. I enjoyed browsing through it » » »
