THE BEGINNING!!

I am creating this web log to encapsulize the experience of a National Guard soldier to the Middle East as we are going to depart in about a month or less!
My friends and family can access whenever they feel like it to see what I'm up to while deployed away from the comforts of Minnesota! I hope this is a way to stay connected other than email and snail mail to keep us feeling close, but yet so far! I also hope you all get my sense of humor, if I am able to keep it!
Hopefully I won't offend anyone with my comments!
