INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!

Hey, good Saturday morning to everybody, and I hoppe you are all enjoying the good US of A, on a good weekend. I am getting ready for a meeting, and then I will be off the rest of the day, so I can go back and watch the 2nd and 3rd seasons of Newlyweds that I bought yesterday!
Yeah, I know, I get made fun of for watching it, but I love it so at least I admit it! ALL the girls here HATE Jessica Simpson! Well Missy and I watched it when I was home, so it does remind me of home! Maybe that is why I watch it!
OK, on to the business of the day, and that would be INTEGRITY! INTEGRITY is the rope that ties all these qualities I have been talking about! The official defenition from M-W says it is a firm adherence to a code of especially MORAL or ARTISTIC VALUES. Yes, it is up to you to decide what your morals are, and what your ideals are, but once you have made those YOU need to LIVE by them! And upholding them is the basis of INTEGRITY! And if you fall off the path, and it doesn't mean you can't make mistakes, BUT................you need to have INTEGRITY to admit you fell down, and then do what you can to make yourself better!
I will use PAT as the example again, in the fact that Pat quit the job because Pat felt the path that was being followed was the wrong one, and it was making Pat something Pat did not want to be. Here is the key. PAT DID ADMIT PAT WAS WRONG, AND PAT USED INTEGRITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH PAT! NO MATTER WHAT PAT DID BEFORE, PAT WANTED TO NOT BE ON THE WRONG SHIP WHEN IT SANK! SO SHE JUMPED!
JO, ON THE FLIP SIDE NEVER ADMITTED ANY FAULT, IN FACT TURNED PAT INTO THE BAD GUY FOR JOS OWN BENEFIT! Maybe you could say Jo had INTEGRITY, because it is not up to me to know what Jo's values are, and that is personal,so Jo might be living according to Jo's values, but then it is for others to judge whether they want to be like Jo! And believe me, a very small, portion have no choice or have the same values and stick to that side! I can do nothing but not support that side of the arguement. But I sure would not do business with anyone on that side, let alone be friends, because their values do not match mine, and trust is never gonna be had!
Let me also add that an anonymous commentor added something to my sight pertaining yesterdays post, and I don't know who it was! I can say that it sounds like they are on the opposite side of point of views on this, and normally I would commend the comments! However, if you are going to make a comment on whether you think my opinion of these lessons, then I encourage you to have some courage to identify yourself! And before you spew information regarding my expertise in these areas, please read ALL the posts, and do your homework! You claim that my story is true, and not fabricated! Well, I am sorry you will admit your company is like that, and you continue to work for a boss that has true dishonorable values. The fact that you would defend your boss by admitting your boss has these values say about all that needs to be said! And that is your opinion, and you are entitled to it, and once again I will fight for you to keep your opinion! And what makes ME an expert in these areas????????? INTEGRITY BABY!!!!!!!!!! I have done my research on my values, and I uphold my values, and I am proud to walk the walk, INTEGRITY means also, that I am not afraid to talk the talk!
