Projects!

As everyone knows me and has followed me on my long strange trip you know that I like to do outdoor projects. So our latest had me getting a sand box made out of what used to be a flower bed. Yes, not much use for a flower bed when you have infants, so this is what came out of it. I was able to get it done(at least the timbers) in one night, so I felt a sense of accomplishment doing it so fast. But all the kids like it, even though all we have in there is toys for Kendall.
But I tell you what that pool we have is a godsend in the middle of summer for how hot it has been, and nothing beats getting done with a run at night and refreshing in the pool.
So these are the projects I work on that I missed doing at home last year. Plenty of new ones to conquer!
Have a great week
Later,
Erik

Erik,
What a great idea!! The pool looks wonderful - nice and cool. Sandboxes are so much fun - and your yard looks like it has so much fun built into it. I think that would be cause you are there to spend time with Mis and the kids this year. I know that last summer was a very long one for all of you.
It's really nice to hear about the great times you are enjoying with your family.
Blessings...
have fun and good luck with all your projects!
Thats alot of stinkin sand!

Nice job...I have two things however to say about the huge sandbox
1. reminds me of a ginormous kitty lotter box (don't let the baby eat any kitty turds)
2. I thought you had seen enough sand for awhile.
Hi Erik-
Missed you at the concert last night. There were enough freaks there - you would have fit right in!
Love your favorite sister in-law.

I follow your blog and I also follow Emily Bari's blog and she hasn't updated in several weeks. . .I was just checking to make sure that her husband was okay in Iraq since she hadn't posted.
